We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason, you wish to return the products you purchased, we make it easy. Please note that we do understand that special situations can occur that slip through our normal return policy and we will do our best to make you, our customer, happy whenever possible. We have teamed with Amazon.com to make sure your returns are easy. New, unused products purchased from us can be returned in the same condition as received for a full refund (minus original shipping fees). To return an item, simply log in to Amazon.com, into your account, go to recent orders and then click return. You will then need to repackage your product and return it with the return form to the address specified. You will then receive a prompt refund or exchange if you so specify.
