I purchased this for a backpacking trip to Costa Rica in a season of unpredicatable weather and mulitple climates. It held up incredibly well after being dragged in the mud and rain and sand. It kept me cool in the hot, wet areas and warmer up in the mountains in the rain and cloud forests. It is form fitting in all the right ways but leaves room to be pulled over a small backpack or water pack without discomfort. I'm 5'2 and not skinny and need plenty of room up top but the sizing was surprisingly true and it was really very comfortable to wear. I have a short torso but on someone with a longer torso it has enough fabric to be a perfect length. It is of great quality and the seams were flawless for me. Most importantly, for my purposes, it will fold or bundle or just squash up to fit in a small bag, purse or backpack when you don't need it and it's very lightweight and won't add to the weight of whatever travel you might be on. Half the time it hung from a loop-clip on my backpack and endured the wear and tear without a problem. Still looks new after the rough adventures of hiking up volcanos and sliding down waterfalls and back-and-forth bus trips. If I ever need a new one I truely will purchase this again, maybe switching up the color a bit. I highly recommend.

I haven't tried this out yet, but it is not a warm jacket. It is meant to keep you dry and that is about it. It's very thin. Just be warned!

Very light weight. I was hoping it would be softer inside but its like a typical rain jacket... a little scratchy feeling. The colors are amazing. Looks great with jeans. The jacket advertises all this stuff about how it is so breathable and you dont feel sweaty in it. It's better than usual but you still feel a little sticky in it after a long period of wear. Great zippers under the arms to let in some air though.

I really I don't like it. The picture look fit to the body and made it with good material. Really is a square plastic sac. Is like somebody paint a bag for trash and put it in sell.

This jacket is great. I hiked MT washington and it rained for the 2 days this jacket kept me dry. This is not a warm jacket just a rain parka. I ordered size medium and I ussually wear a size 10-12 this actaully had extra room great if your wearing layers under it. The hood is great and pull strings stay tight. Great price and great jacket! I got the Bamboo color and Love it!
