Best jacket yetJan 27, 2010
By A. R. Polis I bought this jacket for layering, walking, skiing, and just running errands. It is terrific, light weight, warm, great for layering under my ski jacket on very cold days. I also wear it in the neighborhood for walking or just driving and doing errands.

Great JacketNov 18, 2010
By njcontroller This is an awesome lightweight jacket. I used it on a two night hike/camp in temperatures in the low 30's and never felt cold. Not noticable to wear or constricting. Blocks wind completely. Very lightweight and compact. I've taken to keeping it with me where ever I go in my car as my go to cool/cold weather gear. Only minor regret is not getting the full zipper for ease of dress.

By Luke - Maine This is the best jacket I have ever owned. I bought it as a light weight mid-layer for a trip to the Grand Canyon, but ended up using it for EVERYTHING! I bought it 4 years ago and it is still going strong. This jacket goes where I go. Thinking about getting a backup soon.

My son showed up for a ski weekend wearing one of these jackets. I laughed at him and told him he was going to freeze. He told me to wear it that night to take the dog for a walk. I could not believe how warm and toastie I was at 5 degrees outside. Fablous, light weight, good looking, and very warm. i bought one for myself.
I love this jacket. Love, love, love. :)Dec 06, 2011

The Patagonia Nanopuff Pullover is the best jacket I've ever owned. I love this thing. It's soft, it's UNBELIEVABLY warm. My fiancé likes to joke they forgot to put the insulation in because it's so thin but it's incredibly warm and my research on the Primaloft One fill is that it retains 90%+ of your body heat even when wet which is something down fill simply can't do. It packs up into it's own pocket and measures 7" x 6" x 4" when packed. Not that it spends much time that way, as I wear it all the time. But originally I bought it as a mid-layer for when I am back country snowmobiling, and so when I go out I do pack it down for storage. It's super light in weight, and other than feeling so warm you can't really tell you're wearing anything. The material is very soft and comfortable. I will say that the material is not going to be heavy duty enough for this jacket to be worn as the outer layer when bushwhacking or otherwise doing things that would abrade the surface of the coat- it would tear, I'm certain of it. But for running around town or using it as a mid-layer under a hard shell, I think this jacket is a fantastic option. Shop around, because you don't have to pay $150 for this coat. I saw them for as low as $79 on some websites in certain colors.
