i spend aprox 100 days a yr on a mountain. i don't go without this hoody. & i now have 2. they are light-weight, warm but not too hot. perfect mid-layer. they are LONG - so wind/snow doesn't gets down your backside. the sleeves are long & can go over your thumb inside your gloves - no wind/snow up your sleeve. and the hood, fits nicely under your helmet, no wind/snow on your neck/down your back. makes long days outside much better. i can't live without these now. buy one if you spend anytime doing mtn sports.
