Nice, butDec 18, 2010
By Amazon Buyer My husband purchased the white goose down vest for me as a surprise gift, so I did not have any input into what 'white' vest I wanted. The fit is great (medium) and the construction is wonderful. However, because the feathers used were natural and the outer fabric is rather transparent, the darkness from each feather can be seen through the fabric. I feel rather spotted when wearing it.

Nice Jacket -short in the frontFeb 11, 2011
By Ara My husband and I have these jackets and we love them! The only problem is that the women's version is quite short in the front. I'm usually XS/S and this XS barely covers the front button of my pants even though it's plenty long behind and in the sleeves.

Super light and cozyMar 05, 2010
By Lisasiamesecat I love this jacket. I had been debating geting this jacket since last year, and finally decided to go for it. It is so soft, warm and light weight. It feels heavenly on. I find myself wearing it around the house and even sleep in it if I am cold at night. I can smoosh it up into a ball and use it for a pillow when we are in the car or on a plane, and then put it on with no wrinkles. It washes easily in the washer-dryer, and comes out fluffy. It isn't hot or full of static like a fleece jacket. It just lays on me like a soft cacoon. I work as a teacher (special ed) and feel like I am wearing my comforter to school. It has a nice, clean look. I found the arms to be a bit oversized, so I just used my sewing machine to take them in a bit--now it fits me like a glove. Don't hesitate to get it!

Move over cashmere..Mar 15, 2010
By Francesca Paige This is one of my favorite Amazon/Patagonia purchases so far. It's light weight and tailored to fit a womans body. I used to wear a cashmere sweater to keep away the chill at home or office. Now, it's my down sweater. I'm skiing the Alps this month and it will surely be on the plane with me and my backpack for back country warmth in the huts! Also, do to it's compact ability, it fits into a tiny stuff sack for easy storage. I'm beyond thrilled with my purchase!

Light insulated jacketFeb 27, 2011
By cbreeze I love my Patagonia down sweater because it is so light. I bring it everywhere, especially when traveling. I can wear it year round in northern California. However, it is not windproof, so during windy days, you will need a shell layer preferably over this down sweater. I've worn this in NYC in April and still feel chilled under a regular sweater on a windy day.
