This vest looks good and fits well -- it runs true to size. It's also very warm. I was surprised, though, by the outer fabric, which is a nylon shell. (I was expecting something soft.) I guess I should have figured it out from the product description, which says the vest is "water resistant," but somehow I wasn't thinking it would be a hard shell. Still, it's functional and warm. It just can't easily be worn under a jacket or coat -- it's more of an overlayer.

I love this vest! It is warm and comfortable, easy to move around in. The only thing that I would have asked for is a zipper that would open at the bottom as well because the vest is form fitting. But I still absolutely love it!!
