This first leash led to more surfing related products, built to withstand the punishing conditions of the surf on the north shore of Hawai'i. These mittens are perfect for toddlers. The zipper on the side makes them super easy to get on (hint - fasten the velcro on the bottom before zipping the mittens to make it easier to get the zipper all the way down), and the length of them means no more exposed wrists! My 3 year old insists on wearing these and calls them her "cozy mittens."

Just got these, so I haven't tested them yet... but there is NO ZIPPER as advertised. There is a flap that give the mitten a wide opening (I can get my all the way down in), and then that folds over and velcros shut. They must have been redesigned, or something. Disappointed that they don't have the zipper (the main reason I went with these). They do feel warm, and they have a nice shape to them. If they will stay on his hands, I will be happy.
